This is another stunning but stinky product by Lush that works wonders. Yes, it’s true all you hear about the strange scent, it’s a mix of weird herbs and spices that smells a bit icky, like a medieval apothecary in some deep cave, but honestly it doesn’t bother me at all, the results are worth it! I really like treatments that are applied to dry, unwashed hair because they can be left on longer than a shower session can provide and they really penetrate to the core of the dryness. I use this on the weekends, about 2-3 times a month, some times I would keep it on for 20 minutes or when I have more time I would even wear it for 2-3 hours, depends, just make sure to shampoo thoroughly, the scent might linger a tiny bit. This makes hair really soft and smooth, it’s not a permanent feeling but it makes up for any abuse I inflict upon it. I keep it in the fridge because the raw eggs thing makes me nervous. I slather about 1/3 of the jar on my long, wavy, dry-ish hair every month or two, leave it for an hour or so, and then wash. Perfection. I had been advised to leave it on overnight, but that requires putting a lot less on, which I think makes it a lot less effective.
